Benay is a dedicated Holistic Health Consultant with a diverse educational background in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage in both London and Thailand. She is a qualified Holistic Therapist, Yoga Teacher, Functional Nutritionist and Holistic Health Consultant, she offers a comprehensive approach to healthy living.

Specialising in relieving lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, as well as providing relief from stress and anxiety, improving overall well-being. Benay's expertise in Thai Yoga Therapy which is developed through advanced training in Thailand and clinical experience provides an unique combination of Eastern and Western physical therapy techniques combined with the principles of Dermo-Neuro Modulation (DNM)-a neuroscience -informed method that focuses on the modulation of the nervous system.

Initial Consultation

Your Therapist will take a detailed case history asking questions about your general health, current or previous injuries. We will give you a clear explanation of all our findings (diagnosis) and we will discuss a treatment that is most suitable for you.

Normally the treatment consists of soft tissue and muscle energy techniques, gentle to firm joint manipulation / articulation, aiming to improve the range of movement in restricted joints.

After your Initial Consultation and Treatment you will be offered a complimentary Follow Up appointment within a week of your first treatment.

We offer this at no additional cost to you as we are committed to monitor your progress after your Initial Treatment at our Clinic.

Please discuss with your Therapist the type of massage you require. We usually provide deep tissue massage, but you can request Swedish or relaxing massage.

Thai Yoga Therapy 90min

Thai yoga therapy, also known as "Nuad Bo-Rarn" in Thai, is an ancient healing practice that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Originating from Thailand, it has been practiced for over 2,500 years.

The aim of a Thai yoga therapy session is to stimulate the body's self-restructuring/healing mechanism by intensely stimulating the tissues along the meridian (SEN) lines. It stimulates blood circulation and lymph system, increases flexibility and range of motion, reduces pain, and calms the nervous system.

Thai yoga is performed on a mat on the floor. During the session, you will remain fully clothed in comfortable attire that allows for movement.

This holistic therapy aims to balance the body’s energy and promote physical and mental well-being.

Lymphatic drainage massage offers a holistic approach to relaxation and well-being. Through gentle, rhythmic movements, this therapeutic technique stimulates the flow of lymph, promoting detoxification, reducing swelling, and supporting immune function.
Lymphedema drainage, or lymphatic drainage massage, is an important part of managing lymphedema and swelling after breast surgery for breast cancer, including mastectomy and lumpectomy.

1–2–1 Assisted Stretching

Through carefully guided movements and supported stretches, the body is encouraged to release restriction and restore optimal range of motion. Specific attention is given to major joints — including the hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles — using gentle mobilisation and muscle energy techniques to deepen the therapeutic effect.

This therapy is ideal for anyone experiencing chronic stiffness, recovering from injury, postural imbalance, or seeking to improve posture and movement efficiency in daily life. Assisted Stretching helps maintain musculoskeletal health and promotes a sense of balance, strength, and relaxation throughout the body.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage
