Trained at the College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London, Antonia’s integrative approach weaves Biodynamic, Biomechanical, Fascial Unwinding, and Mindfulness principles. She is a registered member of the Cranio-Sacral Therapy Association (CSTA) and holds full professional insurance.

An Oxford University graduate and former media strategist, Antonia has explored biophilia, biohacking, and human potential. Having personally navigated chronic fatigue, long COVID, chronic pain, and birth trauma, she brings empathy and insight to her practice — meeting each client with both scientific understanding and intuitive care.
