Specialising in relieving common ailments such as lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, as well as providing relief from stress and anxiety and improving overall well-being, Benay is dedicated to crafting personalised treatments for each client. Her expertise in Thai Yoga Massage enhances her practice by providing a unique combination of Eastern and Western physical therapy techniques.
With a true passion for contributing positively to people's well-being, Benay strives to heal and assist clinic clients on their journey to optimal health. Her personalised treatments aim to not only alleviate physical discomfort but also nourish the mind, body and spirit by enhancing a sense of balance and vitality in each individual she serves. Benay is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. - Shiva has recently completed her Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA). She is a Thai massage therapist and she holds a VTCT level 3 certificate in Thai massage. Shiva is proficient in Traditional thai oil full body massage, Traditional thai yoga massage, deep tissue massage, foot massage, legs massage, pregnancy massage.

Massage Therapist - Mihai is a dedicated year 3 osteopathy student at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. With over 7 years of experience, he is a skilled physical therapist holding certifications in sports massage therapy LVL 4, medical acupuncture, and hatha yoga teaching. His passion for promoting wellbeing is evident in his commitment to advancing his knowledge and expertise in specific clinical environments. Mihai is proficient in a range of non-invasive manual techniques, including sports massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and medical acupuncture. His holistic approach to treatment reflects his dedication to supporting the overall wellbeing of his patients.

Kosta Kolimechkov is the founder of Parkshot House Manual Therapy, he graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (former BSO) in 2014 and specialises in the treatment of neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders and sport related injuries.
He also has a Sports Science degree (2008) and experience in working with athletes such as rowers, runners, swimmers and cyclists.
Kosta is also an advanced licensed practitioner of the NHS-supported Perrin Technique™ a diagnostic and treatment protocol for M.E., Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and post-viral fatigue which is currently being researched for efficacy in the treatment of Long Covid.

We offer effective manual therapy to help your body function better.
If your symptoms do not improve after a couple of days please make an appointment to come and see us. We will take a case history and give you a thorough examination, referring you for further tests if necessary.
Normally the treatment consists of soft tissue and muscle energy techniques, gentle to firm joint manipulation, aiming to improve the range of movement in restricted joints.
A wide range of non-invasive manual techniques, such as deep tissue massage, joint articulation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and if appropriate medical acupuncture are widely used to help the treatment goals.
Going forward we may also give you gentle exercises to help change the mechanics in your joints and improve your posture.

Due to lower back pain and problematic neck, so far I had one session with each Kosta and Benay. These two were very professional, honest and caring. I have a clear plan to get back on a healthy track, having already booked several sessions with Benay and in a month time planning to see Kosta.

A massage is wonderful, but add to that a therapeutic aspect ( the castor oil with healing properties) and it becomes something else.
