Thai yoga therapy, also known as "Nuad Bo-Rarn" in Thai, is an ancient healing practice that combines acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. Originating from Thailand, it has been practiced for over 2,500 years.

The aim of a Thai yoga therapy session is to stimulate the body's self-restructuring/healing mechanism by intensely stimulating the tissues along the meridian (SEN) lines. It stimulates blood circulation and lymph system, increases flexibility and range of motion, reduces pain, and calms the nervous system.

Thai yoga is performed on a mat on the floor.  During the session, you will remain fully clothed in comfortable attire that allows for movement.

This holistic therapy aims to balance the body’s energy and promote physical and mental well-being.

The Perrin Technique™ consultation includes a comprehensive case history from birth and going through all the symptoms plus a physical examination to determine an immediate diagnosis even in the very early stages of the illness which is much more beneficial to patients. There has never been a more effective way of ascertaining whether a ME/CFS diagnosis is appropriate, and once it is diagnosed then treatment can begin with the best chance of success.

You will receive the full treatment during your complementary follow up appointment.

The ME/CFS treatment of the Perrin Technique™ is an osteopathic method which stimulates the movement of fluid around the brain and spine. Improving movement in the spine further helps to drain the toxins from the cerebrospinal fluid.

Pregnancy and childbirth are probably the most momentous experiences you’ll ever have – and the most physically demanding. Using a blend of soothing techniques, pregnancy massage helps to support you and your baby through those special months.

And, once baby is born, it aids your body’s rapid readjustment and helps you cope with the wonderful new challenge of motherhood. 

When booking your treatment, you must let us know if you are pregnant and also if you are in your 1st trimester, to make sure that you are booked with the appropriately trained practitioner.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage

Acupuncture is based on the current understanding of human anatomy, physiology and pathology.

The practice involve the inception of dry needles into trigger points to produce a clinical effect and alleviate musculoskeletal pain.

Medical Acupuncture (dry needling)

Your therapist will take a detailed case history asking questions about your general health, current or previous injuries. We will give you a clear explanation of all our findings (diagnosis) and we will discuss a treatment that is most suitable for you. 

Normally the treatment consists of soft tissue and muscle energy techniques, gentle to firm joint manipulation / articulation, aiming to improve the range of movement in restricted joints.

After your Initial Consultation and Treatment you will be offered a complimentary follow up appointment within a week of your first treatment.

This package cost £360 for 6 sessions (instead of £480) and can be used with different therapists at our clinic within a 2-month period.

You have the flexibility to book your subsequent sessions with different therapists. 

All 6 sessions must be utilised within 2 months from the date of your initial booking.

Any sessions left unused after this two-month period will expire, and we won't be able to offer partial refunds.
